Do you recommend a particular spot cleaner to use at home?

Because every area rug is so different from the other and most over-the-counter cleaning products are tested on carpet, not more delicate fibers like those found in area rugs, we strongly recommend against using any over-the-counter spot cleaner. Instead, call us. We’re here to talk you through it!

Many of the spotters we may suggest you may already have at home, but just in case, here’s a list of items to keep on hand for area rug spotting:

• White vinegar
• Colorless dish soap

• Corn starch
• White cotton towels & sponge
• Small bowl
